报告摘要：

This study examines the impact of US sanctions on the restructuring of global supply chains. Firstly, firms demonstrate a tendency to increase both diversification and safety of their suppliers. Moreover, we observe heterogeneity in safety adjustment strategies. Firms located in sanctioned countries tend to relocate suppliers to their home countries. In contrast, firms situated in non-sanctioned countries tend to reallocate suppliers to countries that maintain favorable political relationships with the U.S. or their main revenue-generating countries. Also, we find that firms politically connected with the US government experience minimal disruptions.

本研究探讨了美国制裁对全球供应链重组的影响。首先，企业倾向于提高供应商的多样化和安全性。此外，我们还观察到安全调整战略的异质性。位于受制裁国家的企业倾向于将供应商迁回本国。相反，位于非制裁国的企业倾向于将供应商重新分配到与美国或其主要创收国保持良好政治关系的国家。此外，我们还发现，与美国政府有政治关系的企业受到的干扰最小。
